Who processes your data

Data and purposes

We process account details, contact information, delivery address, postcode, orders and messages to provide the service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and resolve support requests.

App notifications

If you consent to push notifications, the app sends Apple an anonymous device token and DesiMart stores it to deliver offers and news. Registration is not required. You can withdraw permission at any time in the iPhone notification settings.

Recipients and retention

Order information is shared only with the relevant seller and delivery rider. Data is kept for as long as the account is active and for the periods required by tax, consumer and commercial law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing through DesiMart's published contact channels. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security

DesiMart applies access controls, encrypted connections and role separation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
